Returns

We provide a comprehensive returns policy for your convenience. We advise you to thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt, and if any noticeable damage is observed, please notify us immediately. Prior to initiating a return, kindly get in touch with us at enquiries@hpsburnley.co.uk to discuss the encountered issue. It is crucial to include your order number, payment details, and contact information in your communication. Clearly articulate your return instructions.

Prepare the item(s) you wish to return, along with all packaging and, if feasible, the original shipping box. Refunds, excluding postage and packaging costs, will be issued for products returned in impeccable condition and in their original packaging. Any deviation from the original condition may result in a partial or no refund, as resale may not be possible. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the returned goods until they reach us. Damaged items in transit will be retained by us for a maximum of one calendar month; beyond this period, we reserve the right to dispose of the item. We cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit to us. HPS Plumbing Supplies will cover postage expenses only for goods that need to be resent due to an error on our part.

Damages

If your goods exhibit a manufacturing defect or are inherently faulty, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (where possible). Incorrect or faulty goods must be returned before replacements are dispatched. HPS Plumbing Supplies will cover all postage charges in this scenario.

We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage to property or individuals arising from damaged, imperfect, or incorrectly installed products, including potential installation costs.

Incorrect Item

If the item sent to you differs from what is stated on your invoice, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange (where possible) or a refund. Returns may take up to 10 days to process upon reaching us, and refunds may require up to 30 days to clear. In the event that an item is out of stock when processing an exchange or replacement, we will notify you via email.
